As a virtual business, we support our clients with tasks remotely. By hiring a Virtual Assistant, you avoid all the costly overheads of hiring an employee (no maternity, holiday, or sick pay) and simply get ad-hoc support as and when you need it.

Yes. We offer retainer virtual assistant service packages for ongoing clients. You pay a monthly fee based on the hours you need.  Hours can be transferred to the following month if not used (max of 5 hours).

We do not store any client passwords or user account information on our local machines. We use LastPass to tokenise and encrypt the username and password data. LastPass also allows you to revoke user accounts at ant time.

We use Microsoft OneDrive to store all our data. No client data is kept on local machines to prevent any loss should a machine been lost or stolen. As we use cloud-based data storage, our files are always backed up.

All our invoices can be paid by either BACS, or online using a credit or debit card. Links for card payments can be found on the invoice.

For hourly charged services, we charge based on 15-minute increments, with a minimum of 1 hours work.

Our virtual assistant services are invoiced for the entire project based on the booking confirmation.  Tasks are invoiced based on the hours taken to complete. Invoices are detailed and include timeslips.

Our virtual assistants work Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm generally. We do not work bank holidays.

The current average rate for a virtual assistant in the UK is £27.00. Langham Virtual Assistant provide a range of different services and can tailor a package and rate based on a clients specific requirement. Our rates start from £20 an hour, with an average of £25 per hour.

Langham Virtual Assistant currently has one full time, employed team member. Lee Harvey is the business owner, company director and virtual assistant. I also work with an extended team of associate virtual assistants to make sure we can complete a range of different tasks for our clients, and maintain a continuous service.
