Langham Virtual Assistant is led by Lee Harvey-Barnes from Raunds, Northamptonshire.
Before establishing Langham Virtual Assistant, Lee spent 18 years working within hospitality, including reception, reservations and revenue management. Those roles were built around many of the things that still shape how Langham Virtual Assistant works today: organisation, customer service, clear communication, commercial awareness and making sure the details are taken care of.
Langham Virtual Assistant was established in 2020 to bring that experience to businesses that need dependable support without necessarily needing another permanent employee.
Today, we support sole traders, consultants, professionals, small businesses and national membership organisations with the work that keeps their businesses and organisations moving. That can mean managing recurring administration, responding to customers or members, coordinating operational processes, maintaining systems and reports, or making sure something simply gets followed through and completed.
Support is shaped around your business, your systems and your priorities – so over time, we become familiar with how things work rather than remaining a disconnected supplier.
