How the package works
Package details
Flexible Support is our pay-as-you-go option, designed for businesses that need occasional help rather than a regular monthly allocation of hours.
It can work well for one-off pieces of work, short-term additional capacity, specific projects or businesses that simply aren't ready for an ongoing monthly package.
Support is charged at £35 per hour and is subject to availability.
Before work begins, we'll agree what you need help with, the scope of the work and any relevant timings. For larger or more clearly defined projects, we may agree a separate project arrangement instead.
Because Flexible Support does not reserve a regular allocation of monthly capacity, ongoing retainer clients receive priority support.
Important information
Terms & conditions
Flexible Support is charged at £35 per hour and is provided subject to availability.
The exact work, expected timescale and payment arrangements should be confirmed in the relevant Booking before work begins.
Flexible Support does not include the monthly retainer benefits such as reserved monthly hours, rollover, regular package check-ins or the Client Success Hub unless separately agreed.
Additional charges may apply where relevant for urgent work, out-of-hours work, travel or expenses in accordance with the Terms of Business.
