Sole Traders and Consultants
Your client work comes first, so website pages, blogs and email updates are often delayed. We help turn your knowledge and ideas into clear, properly published digital content.
Keep your online presence current
Practical help with website content, digital communications and recurring online updates. Based in Northamptonshire and supporting businesses and organisations across the UK.
Ideas turned into updates
Your website may not need rebuilding, but it does need attention. Services change, new resources need adding, events require promotion and pages gradually become inaccurate when nobody has the capacity to review them.
Our website support for small businesses helps turn approved ideas, information and content into properly structured online updates. We can edit existing pages, build new pages within your current design, upload blog posts, create forms, prepare newsletters and manage recurring digital tasks across the platforms you already use.
Where new content is required, we can draft or improve it using your guidance, business knowledge and responsibly used AI tools. You remain involved in the direction, facts and final approval.
This is practical website and digital administration rather than specialist development. The aim is to keep your online presence accurate, professional and useful without every change returning to you or sitting unfinished on a list.
Support where it stalls
This service is suited to businesses that already have websites and digital platforms but lack the time or internal capacity to manage them consistently.
Your client work comes first, so website pages, blogs and email updates are often delayed. We help turn your knowledge and ideas into clear, properly published digital content.
Your website needs to reflect changing services, offers, team information and customer needs. We provide flexible support without requiring an internal website or marketing administrator.
Events, resources, booking information and regular communications require frequent updates across several platforms. We help maintain accurate information and keep recurring digital tasks moving.
Practical digital support
Support is agreed around your existing website, digital platforms and content priorities. We can work within an established design, follow supplied brand guidance and prepare content for your approval before publishing. Access, responsibilities and technical boundaries are confirmed before work begins so routine updates can move forward without specialist issues being handled outside the appropriate expertise.
Less digital drift
Regular website and digital support reduces the gap between deciding that something should be updated and getting the work completed properly.
Service information, team details, events and resources can be updated as your business changes, reducing the risk of customers finding information that is incomplete, confusing or no longer accurate.
Ideas, notes and approved copy are turned into structured pages, posts, newsletters and digital updates rather than remaining unfinished in documents, emails or content plans.
Recurring updates can follow a clearer schedule, helping your website, email communications and supporting platforms feel connected without requiring you to manage every individual action.
Flexible support
Website and digital support can be included within Essential Support, Momentum Support or Operational Partner. Flexible Support and bespoke project packages are also available for page creation, content uploads, digital campaigns or defined website work, subject to scope and availability.

Helpful information
These answers explain the type of digital work Langham can provide and where specialist support may still be needed.
Experience includes WordPress, Elementor, Gutenberg, Squarespace, Wix and Lovable websites. We can also support related digital platforms such as Mailchimp, MailerLite, GoHighLevel and membership or learning systems. The specific website, access and work required will be reviewed first, as experience with a platform does not imply specialist knowledge of every theme, integration or technical feature.
Yes. We can build new pages within an existing website and established design system, including service pages, location pages, landing pages and campaign pages. Content can be supplied by you, developed collaboratively or drafted using your guidance. A full website redesign, custom development or significant changes to the underlying structure would require separate assessment and agreement.
Yes. We can draft new content, improve supplied copy or adapt existing business information for a website page. AI tools may be used responsibly to support research, structure and drafting, but the content will be shaped around your guidance and reviewed for accuracy. You remain responsible for approving specialist claims, technical information, policies and final wording.
Support can include basic keyword research, SEO titles, meta descriptions, page headings, URL suggestions, internal linking, image alt text, FAQ content and updating existing pages for improved search relevance. We can also implement content supplied by an SEO specialist. The service does not include advanced technical SEO audits, backlink campaigns or guarantees about search-engine positions.
Yes. Ongoing support may include page edits, blog uploads, image changes, resource updates, event listings, form amendments and checks for outdated information or broken links. Responsibilities and frequency will be agreed as part of your support package. Specialist technical maintenance, security management and complex troubleshooting are not included as standard.
Basic WordPress tasks may be available, such as routine plugin or theme updates, checking pages after changes and testing forms. However, Langham is stepping back from specialist website maintenance, server management and technical support. More complex issues involving hosting, security, coding or compatibility may need to be referred to your developer or hosting provider.
Yes. We can prepare, format, test and schedule approved newsletters, member bulletins and email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, MailerLite and GoHighLevel. Support may also include list administration, links, images, forms and recurring workflow emails. Your business would provide or approve specialist, legal or regulated content where appropriate.
Simple branded graphics, page banners, blog images and document updates can be created using tools such as Canva. Existing brand guidance and assets will be followed where available. Complex graphic design, animation, video production or the creation of a complete new visual identity would require a specialist designer or separately agreed support.
Yes. Work may begin as a defined project, such as creating service pages, organising blog content, updating an outdated website or building a campaign landing page. Once the immediate work is completed, ongoing support can be arranged for regular updates, newsletters, listings or digital administration where continued help would be useful.
The service does not include custom software or plugin development, complex coding, server administration, cybersecurity services, advanced technical SEO or unrestricted emergency support. Full website redesigns may be possible only through a separately agreed project or specialist partnership. Technical work outside the agreed scope will be identified and referred rather than attempted without the appropriate expertise.
